Modern Copper ships to all fifty U.S. states, and all prices quoted on our website include the cost of shipping (unless otherwise explicitly stated). If you would like to receive your product in a timelier fashion, we are sometimes able to offer expedited shipping, but please note that express courier shipments may incur an additional fee.
We ship our products using independent shipping companies. Prior to your order going out, we will indicate that the product is ready to be shipped, and while the goods are in transit, you can expect to receive a report on the progress of your shipment.
Most orders are processed within three to four weeks, and you should allow another three to four weeks for delivery. We do our best to track orders and will provide occasional estimates of when your custom range will arrive to your door.
Our products are all carefully packaged before they are sent. For the outer packing, we use a durable and sustainable wood. Our crate materials are all tested and are guaranteed to withstand a significant weight burden. From the inside—to further protect your custom range hood—we use a high-quality buffering foam. Rest assured that your product is handled with care, from the very first step to the last.
How do I check the status of my order?
Rest assured that your order will be carefully attended to from start to finish. When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. From that point, approximately two weeks later, you will receive a follow-up email letting you know exactly where your order is in the production process. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive another notification from us, and while the good is in transit, you will receive further updates. Anytime you would like more information on your order, you may send us an email. Please allow 2-3 working days for a response on order tracking.
Shipping to Physical Address
Some carriers do not like shipping to post office boxes, which is why we always recommend using a street address. And not just any street address. Because our products can weigh quite a bit, we recommend having the product shipped directly to the home where it will be installed. If you have related shipping concerns let us know. PAGE 2: WARRANTY
Modern Copper uses only high-grade metals, and we guarantee that our metals will never rust or corrode. We are confident about the quality of our metals and back up each product with a lifetime guarantee. This guarantee extends to the original purchaser of the product sold, plus any subsequent owner of the same home in which the product was initially installed.
Mechanical parts and product finishes are guaranteed for a total of three years from the time of delivery. In the case of mechanical failure or finish defect, Modern Copper will bear the expense of repair. The customer will cover any costs associated with repair, outside of direct workmanship, including but not limited to shipping costs.
