All of our custom range hoods are made of sixteen-gauge stainless steel. Our custom-made finishes are applied using a special three-step process.

Our custom range hoods are made with high-grade stainless steel. They are all non-ferrous and the metal itself is guaranteed against corrosion for ten years.
We want all of our customers to be happy, and we do everything in our power to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. Unless stated, you will get an opportunity to see a photo of your custom range hood prior to shipping. This helps ensure you are getting precisely what you have ordered. Because we make a custom product, we don’t have an open return policy, but we are glad to rework an item if you believe there is a problem.

We use standard shipping for all of our custom home products but also have the ability to ship by air with FedEx and DHL. If you need your product delivered fast, inquire about expedited shipping options.
Most deliveries take 6-8 weeks from the time the order is placed and confirmed. If you need a custom range hood done any faster, expedited service is available. You can refer to our shipping policies for more information.
All of our prices include shipping and so we guarantee a price that includes the cost of shipping.
It usually takes less than four weeks to produce a custom range hoods, though some models may take a little longer. Speed in production does not mean that corners are cut. While we work fast, we assure a high quality standard.
You are certainly welcome to install the range hood on your own and we would be glad to help, but you will want to check with your city and state for regulations that require you to hire an HVAC specialist or related professional.
